Great spring birding; nice beach with concessions, paddle board rentals, easy hiking, etc.

Nice lighthouse that has tours for you to go on. Bird watching in that area is a big pastime and paths,beach to lay on. there is a nice screened in pavilion there that you can have lunch and there was a takeout there by a private vendor.

The park has a beautiful beach, a picnic area, playground, and a historic light house. There is free access to the park if you have the Recreation Passport on your vehicle license plate.
