Great asian cuisine with a local twist. Get the garlic noodles, they are simple but so good. If you like spice add the sambol chilli paste to them. They are reservation only but also offer online take out ordering. Located off Front street in Lahaina about 20 minute drive.

Star Noodle is a Maui treasure and absolutely fabulous! If you are in the Lahaina area, set aside time for lunch or dinner here. Reservations are highly recommended.
