Dedicated to the "Próceres" or deceased famous community transformers born in the city of Mayagüez, the park is a peaceful green space where people may walk, jog, chat with others or even celebrate under the built-in canopy. Various public activities are held at this park. As all parks are public I recommend visiting it after the sunrise and before the dusk, preferably in company of someone else.

Este parque me fascina, solo por que guardo gratos recuerdos, en que todas las navidades se reúnen familias que traen a sus hijos a correr bicicleta o patines..
