With classic farm to table appeal, JCaT takes gourmet comfort food to another level with leading talent Chef Evan Leavy commitment to food integrity. Our roadside smokehouse is in keeping with JCaT's mission to provide quality food with our own hands and creativity to grant the customer the best experience. Owners Kevin and Marlene Cummings and Chris and Bridget Dorman are members of the Neighboring town of Underhill and their presence at the restaurant is a true testament to their commitment to the customers, the staff and their passion for the business. Music, deck dining, and a property rich in history and charm, JCaT encompasses so much of what the Vermont life is all about, and what a dining experience should be.
