This is the best bakery in Cape Town, they sell bread to all the best cafes and restaurants. Hard to find, bring cash. Open from 5am to 1pm, 7 days a week. It's between the building supply shop and the art supply shop, go down the alleyway, take a right, up the ramp to your left, and ring the door bell. Go early if you can. Very little stock on Saturdays as they decamp to The Biscuit Mill market.

It takes a bit of effort to get decent bread in South Africa and Woodstock bakery sells mainly whole sale. But if you drop by the bakery and ask nicely they'll sell you one of there world class breads
