The Caffe al Ciclope is an amazing place to have traditional Sicilian summer breakfast with Granita (you can find various flavours, I recommended Pistachio and toasted almonds) and brioche. you can find other pastries and cakes. The best in town! Ops almost forgot! the gelato is amazing too here!!
