A trip to the Garden Route is not complete without visiting the Knysna Heads. You can view it from the upper viewpoint (not for those with serious fear of heights), or view it from the bottom viewpoint. Another option is to take a ferry through the heads and have lunch at The Featherbed restaurant.

Budget friendly cruise to the heads and back, drinks on board. there are other luxury cruises but they are more expensive.
