Owner’s Carrie & Rebecca Fogg-Shaw strive to create a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike while serving quality food and retail options. Thyme & Co. also offers catering services as they continue to expand their brand.

This is a little hole in the wall breakfast & lunch place in Hudson on Warren St. with about 4 tables. You order at the counter and they will bring you your meal when ready. The food is fresh and delicious! The menu is extremely limited, but the food is prepared to perfection!

This is my favorite lunch spot for 1 or 2 people. It's simple, quick, and well made sandwiches. The service is very friendly and I can always grab a seat by the window.
