Please be advised Atlantis is indeed open to the general public for daily resort activities, casino, and various dining options. They offer day passes that can be purchased by non-resort guests at the Atlantis Adventures Concierge Desk located inside the lobby of the Royal Towers. These passes provide access to both the Atlantis Beach and Aquaventure Park.
