This is upscale French style dining. We have not yet been to France, but can imagine the food to be similar, because it was nothing less than exquisite! The gelato is amazing, along with so many other desserts. The entrees, uhh... you will need to try them!

Vermillion 45 is a warm informal bistro with an open kitchen serving French & Italian seafood, meat, desserts & wine. We love their dog-friendly patio seating with the warmers!

Where in the desert can you get divine authentic French & European Cuisine? Yep, right here in Kanab. Recently when I came back from travelling I was telling my family, now if only Kanab had passionfruit gelato...and voila, Vermillion 45 opened and it has that and more. You can spend a lot or a little, as they have many quality meals at very reasonable prices.
