Bright Tank Brewing Company, was founded by husband and wife team Matthew Moore and Gemma Sampson, is a microbrewery, bar and restaurant all rolled into one. With their dream of opening up a brewery, Matthew and Gemma decided to set themselves aside from other breweries with the Bright Tank concept of offering quality craft beers, alongside an innovative, fine dining experience. Home of the first Beergustation in Perth, head chef Jake Gledhill pairs courses of mouth-watering food with Bright Tank brews. Only offered once a month, make sure you book your spot early!
