K-31/POPOTLA: Cool new steakhouse in Rosarito Sur, in the vein of four or five similar, El Nido-style mesquite-grill steakhouses in the Rosarito area… but better.

Great rustic restaurant. Most amazing lamb, great quail and other dishes. Fairly priced with great service, food and drink. Located about 2.5 blocks south of the unit.
