This is my favorite coffee shop. The coffee shop scene in South Bend isn't that great, but they do a good job. It's quiet and they have a nice selection.

An old coworker of mine and his wife own this place. New Orleans style coffee and food. Great beignets. I'm not so fond of the chicory coffee, but some people love it.

Chicory Café is the place to go for a quiet cup of coffee, casual meeting, or dinner and drinks with live music. It’s all here, served up New Orleans style.

Reminiscent of a café you'd find in the New Orleans' French Quarter, this simple dining spot offers PoBoy breakfast sandwiches, soups, salads and sandwiches for lunch, a diverse coffee selection and a Bloody Mary bar on Sundays.
