Plan a 1-2 stop to refresh at Signal Mtn. Jump in the lake or pay to shower in facilities that do ot require camping to use. Have your quarters ready to keep the hot water flowing. Check wifi at the Signal Mtn Store and go in to purchase craft beer, lattes, and high quality prepared foods. If you are too tired to cook this is a great spot. Better yet, mosey into Signal Mtn Lodge Bar and have a seat for NACHOS and a MARG. If you have an essential sports NBA/NFL game that is a not-miss chances are it will be on in Signal's Bar.
