This coffee house is one block from the property, the closest access to coffee, if you don't want to make your own in the Airbnb. They serve sandwiches and coffee. A good spot for local music, on Open Mic night.

This is your typical hip coffee house. The building itself is cool - located in an old flour and bread factory, there are lots of nooks and crannies and hidden room to disappear in. Get a bite to eat for breakfast or just a quick cup. Grab a Cubano - it's the best I've ever had.

This is one of the best coffee shops in Lexington. Not only is the building cool as hell, with all the different rooms and nooks and crannies, the staff is genuine and the coffee is killer. Try a Cubano - you won't regret it. They are open late and if you are here on a Monday, pop in for open mic…

Bar
“Charlie Brown's is a funky bar that serves mixed drinks, beer, inexpensive sandwiches, desserts, and veggie burgers. It's not well lit, has floor to ceiling book shelves full of old books and several couch options for seating, in addition to table and bar stools. Rumor is, a $100 bill is hidden in one of those books. 15-20 minute walk, 5 minute drive. ”

Nachbarschaft
“Gratz Park is a neighborhood and historic district that is just a block away from the Airbnb. It was named after early Lexington businessman Benjamin Gratz whose home stands on the corner of Mill and New streets at the edge of Gratz Park. I love to wander around this square, of beautiful historic houses. It’s a very peaceful part of downtown and a great place to sit and read a book. ”
