A wide selection of books both in spanish and english, plus may other items. There's a very good restaurant and coffee shop within.

This is my favorite restaurant around. It is not precisely a restaurant, but as they call it a "Cafebrería". You can chose to sit on a regular table or on a couch. My personal preference is to go for a table for dinning and for a couch just for coffee and chat. They also have a good selection of teas and cocktails if you feel like having a drink any time of the day. The menu is very original. If you like books, then you will love their creative combinations. They use the names of authors and books to come up with the name of the dishes. No matter what time it is you can still order breakfast. They have "desayunos nocturnos" (night breakfast), which are great to eat informally.

A national bookstore chain (the best ones are the ones in Polanco and Condesa) with a delicious cafe/restaurant service that will keep you wanting for more. They offer theater plays or small concerts from time to time. www.pendulo.com
