Cheap College Bar with good drink specials. Great for groups.

Sadly this landmark is closed and replaced with another bar in the same location. The "Skeller" was a classic, downscale college bar. Go early to get a spot inside and avoid the long lines of students and alumni which form later. Older patrons still talk about sharing a case of pony-sized Rolling Rocks with friends, but alas no more when the company stopped producing them.
