One person's dream, built by a community. The Museum is the realization of a dream of the late philanthropist Israel Asper, OC, OM, QC, LLD. As a proud and grateful Canadian, Asper spent his lifetime supporting Canadian youth and education projects. Great place to visit and you get to see a picture of my mother and brother ( cousin).

Don’t miss this building’s stunning architecture which climbs from darkness to light through a labyrinth of alabaster walkways. Its 11 galleries feature interactive exhibits, new media displays and artifacts that share the struggle for universal human rights.
