Swimming, canoeing, animal watching, hiking, walking, biking, picinicing. Great to visit on a warm summer evening for a BBQ and swim. Popular with families and locals. Around a 1.5 hour (one way) walk from town along well marked trails. Can stop at the Jasper Park Lodge along the way for a drink or a meal. 1/2 hour bike ride from town.

Paddle Board rentals at Lake Edith in summer. Nice walk around the lake with stunning views of mountains and crystal clear blue water.
