“Was once considered THE place to shop, browse, walk and sit outside at a cafe,. it is Boston’s version of Park Avenue in new York. It is still considered a wonderful place for these things; high end stores, chains and restaurants, however if you’re interests lean more toward a ‘hipster’ environment, the South End of Boston, or SOWA (South of Washington) may appeal to you more. There you will find smaller designer shops, art galleries and interesting restaurants. (more details below)”
