To do a "tura" is a classic Helsingborg-activity, where you buy a one-way ticket for the ferry to Elsinore (takes 20 minutes one way), and just go back and forth as long as you want.... while enjoying some drinks or food! An idea is otherwise to get the return ticket and jump off at Elsinore, a really cosy Danish town.
