Pull yourself away from the view on Shiloh Street for delicious ice cream, yummy baked goods, ice cold beer and bountiful breakfasts. Mt. Washington is a feast for the eyes...and the tummy too! The Vibe Awe-inspiring and uplifting. A dog-walker's paradise. Millionaires and just plain folk.

You won't get a stamp on your Pittsburgh Tourist passport if you don't visit here. There are lots of restaurants up here catering to tourism. Altius is my favorite.

Mount Washington is host to the very best views in the city of Pittsburgh. It is home to many restaurants (local and upscale), great local bars, bakeries and ice cream shops. Easy access to downtown pittsburgh (25 min walk and less than 10 min car ride) as well as South Side where East Carson Street hosts more bars and restaurants on one flat main drag than any place you’ve ever seen. Mount Washington is safe, family friendly and walkable.
