For the aviators, Europe 's largest gliding centre is located just south of town. To make adventurous flight in the southern Alps can be easily arranged. You can either book the basic tour which takes you for into the Alps or you book for the all in tour where they take you deep in the Alps (www.aapca.net).

This little aerodome specialises in gliders. Watch them soar on thermals over the Fayance valley. Drive down there and talk with the locals. Easy to get a ride in a glider.

Take a 30 minute tour in a glider and see the Canton de Fayence from above. Its amazing!
