The park is 22-Acres overlooking the naturally beautiful Mallett's Bay area of Lake Champlain, including beach access, and with a rugged forest area located at Upper Bayside. The park has the following amenities: 2 sand volleyball courts 2 shuffleboard courts 4 tennis courts (also lined for Pickleball) Basketball Court Bathhouse (Beachside) Beach access with swim area (Daily admission is free) Bayside Paddle Sports & Inflatable Water Park (at beach: June - August only) Pavilion, with seating for 150 Restrooms (near pavilion, open 7:00am - 9:30pm) Softball field with lights for nighttime play

Sandy, lifeguarded beach right across the street. Picnic tables and grassy areas beneath trees. Bathrooms on site. This is an amazing public park!
