Get on the lift. How to enjoy more 12 min sauna >90sec cold bath> 10min rest on the chair( roof top floor is also fine) That’s my 1 set. I recommend 3sets /1day. Herbal bath and Salt sauna on the roof top floor are also recommended. Your girlfriend complains about your absence ? Then, You can take her to the Olive spa located at opposite side of the Shijo street. An Ideal date isn’t it?
