Pizza Head is known for it's awesome punk rock interior and ONLY have vegetarian and vegan pizza options. Their pizza is one of the best in the city and their "meat" options will fool any carnivore in to believing they are having the real thing.

Great NY style pizza. It is vegan, but you can pick dairy cheese. And you can buy by the slice.

All vegetarian pizza, all so good. Giant New York Slices, the box won’t fit in the fridge :-)

Who knew pizza could be punk rock? Walk to this favorite South Grand dive and get you a slice and a local brew. Choose from vegetarian or vegan - even meat eaters get their fix at this objectively cool spot.

“Rooster is great for families. It gets wildly popular on weekends for brunch, but you can check into the wait list via Yelp. Known for creative crepes, but there's a nice selection of alternatives, such as the St. Louis slinger, biscuits and gravy and even a lunch menu. If you like a cocktail with your brunch, you'll be very pleased with the menu. For the savory fans, choose from several takes on the bloody mary - my favorite is the bloody bull, which is prepared with beef broth and a smoked salt & beef jerky rim. I like that you can choose a small or large, and the garnishes don't disappoint. Sweeter cocktails abound, such as my non-bloody favorite, the sunburnt white russian. ”
