One of the best restaurants in town, featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu with local ingredients. Reservations are a must, unless you get there early for "Honey Time" at the bar.

A little pricey, but awesome food - right at the intersection of Church and Main streets.

“Their pizza is perfection!! My favorite is to customize the Margherita with garlic and caramelized onions. They are also BYOB so pick up your favorite beverage at City Market or dine in at Stonecutter Sprits next door and they will bring the pizza to you.”

“We make our pizzas in the traditional Neapolitan technique, which involves pushing out a light, thin crust, taking care to push air into the cornicone or edge, then topping each dough with just the right amount of fresh ingredients and finally baking the pizza in a very hot wood-fired oven. All the flavors come together in that short baking time resulting in a tasty balance with no dominant flavors: a unique characteristic of traditional Neapolitan pizza. The majority of our toppings come from local sources here in Vermont, which stems from a commitment to supporting our local farmers and food producers and our dedication to the Neapolitan tradition. ”
