The free ferry transports cars & passengers. It crosses the Nanticoke River just about where the monsterous Patty Cannon and her gang conducted their slave business. In the next generation, it's also where Harriett Tubman assisted to successfully free slaves on the underground railroad. Be sure to drive around Bethel too.
