Arredo e interni in stile Liberty dell'epoca. Si offre anche servizio caffetteria.

Meeresfrüchte-Restaurant
“Probably the one with the most clear and beautiful water among the free beaches of the area. Follow ‘Marina di Aurisina’ and ‘Canovella degli Zoppoli’ from the main coastal road, then take the steps down to the beach. Bepples there are pretty big so a sunbed is recommended. There’s also a tiny shed serving fish and cold drinks.”

Geschäft für Dies & Das
“Nothing has changed since 1906, from the shelves with their ivory coloured wooden drawers up to the ceiling, to the various wonders that can be found here and are sold nowhere else. The large wooden drawers contain oxides for decorators, green and red clay, and talc. Only here can you still find ostrich feather dusters and horsehair brooms. The smell that pierces the nostrils is the scent of spices: cloves, lemon grass, mustard seeds and Marseilles soap, everything loose and sold by weight. Founded in 1906 by Vittorio Toso, the store is now run by the Kosmina family, who proudly carry on the tradition that makes them unique in this city and elsewhere.”

Café
“This veritable hall of mirrors (specchi) first opened its doors back in 1839 and has more recently been taken over by the chocolatiering Faggiotto from Pordenone (although the matriarch is a local; in fact, she was Miss Trieste 1982). This is the ultimate Piazza Unità front-row seat, whatever the weather, and the coffee has returned to its once former glory.”

“The best ice cream ever! Don't miss it! Very creamy, lots of flavours. My favourites are Mousse au chocolat, Tartufo, Water melon, Biscotto, Cherie, Mousse di Tiramisu... it's so good! Very popular late night in summer, at 11pm it is more packed than in the afternoon!”
