Solila natural reserve is a small oasis of peace and untouched nature. In 2008, this area was protected as a special nature reserve for the preservation of plant and animal species. This place is a perfect and unique bird reserve, and people come here to see wetland birds, including pink flamingos and Java cormorants. Solila also has cultural and historical value. In the Middle Ages, as the name suggests, there was a salt works here. Surrounded by Cape “Brdište” and the “Đurašević” Coast, on one side, respectively the Adriatic sea and the mountain Lovćen on the other side sets Solilia apart form other places.

A great peacefull half hour walk which the dogs really like. Modiva Beach (Solilia) Modiva Beach is a complex of the 5-stars restaurant, loung bar, beach bar and night club - it is a perfect place to enjoy beach life throughout the entire day until early morning hours. Movida has a nicely tended and spacious beach covered with pebbles where the whole family can relax and play. On the beach, there is a snack bar offering refreshment. Those who appreciate Mediterranean and international cuisine can enjoy it on the restaurant terrace overlooking the beautiful beach. There you can hire paddle boards and canoes.
