Unique Maya site with spectacular ruins and lovely walking trails. World class museum at site. There are now dozens of free flying scarlet macaws which call the archeological site home. This wonderful project sponsored by Macaw Mountain has released dozens of macaws in the Copan Valley, most have made their home at the ruins ... lovely + fascinating!
