With Tamra’s experience and George’s fresh legs, Oliver’s on the Mount is today back at an all-time high, offering luxurious surroundings to enjoy THE BEST VIEW in town. It is now not only a regular meeting place for locals but also a must visit establishment for tourists, offering Freshly ground coffee, Fresh Homecooked food and mouth-watering sweets. Tamra, George and the Team look forward to welcoming you all to the highest point in Scarborough for a real taste of the seaside. Dating back to the 1920’s it began just as a shack and over the years seen numerous proprietors - changing the building along with its offering a long the way. However, one thing that has never changed is the view! In 2015 our Owner Tamra took on a rather quiet, run down café. Why? Because she had experienced a great café as a child and wanted to resurrect it to its glory years. After running the business for 6 months Tamra decided to give the place much needed refurbishment, and what a job she did! The locals couldn’t believe it was the same place.

When visiting Olivers Mount go here for something to eat or drink and try to get a seat in the window overlooking Scarborough. They offer breakfast, lunch, snacks and cakes.
