My favorite terriyaki and sushi place. Have excellent priced bento boxes - especially for lunch. Rated in the top 100 of the US.

Sushi! Shushi is a little limited in Redding but there are three great places to find it that I know of. Each is great for their own reasons. I like Tokyo Garden because it seems like a hole in the wall yet walking in you see plenty of seating and the quality of the food is excellent. They have won local awards for being the best sushi in Redding but they have some stiff competition. Tokyo Garden also has other items on the menu other than sushi. Atmosphere is good for a conversation with friends. The service has always been good when we go there however I've seen it pretty busy at times. Its not the type of place to typically need a reservation but I would still call.

Rate in the top 100 Japanese restaurants in the US. Many options, great food, sushi, teriyaki. Great price - especially for lunch. Check out the bento boxes. Personally my favorite place to eat.
