Excellent classic New Mexican food. The place is usually pretty busy and they don't take reservations. Be prepared to wait for a table - but request one of their strong margaritas to pass the time.

We absolutely love The Shed, they have amazing blue corn enchiladas. We usually order them with an over medium egg on top with both green and red chile on top. The margaritas are delicious as well. They only take walk ins and they’re usually busy so we recommend that you pop in, put your name down and walk the plaza until they call you. Pro Tip: (If you want to sound like a local, say that you want “Christmas” when they ask if you want red or green chile, this means that you want both.
