The Olympia Bakery shop is open very early for fresh bread, croissants and pastries - a 3-minute walk from our property… We love the cinnamon sticks, the onion rye bread, the ciabatta (always a fresh loaf for you when you arrive in our flat), the kitke, the white loaf, the Greek shortbread (we usually provide some for you in the welcome pack), the crunchies, the croissants. Actually, we like everything there.

Just around the corner, this famous and very local bakery is a must. Try their florentines and ask to see the huge bakery behind the front of the shop. It's a beautiful space, which used to be the local cinema. A visit will underline the nostalgia of this special fishing village.

Olympia is a Kalk Bay landmark. The bakery is famous for its breads and pastries, and the café on the main road is usually buzzing with visitors. If you're eating at home, it's worth treating yourself and making sure your meal includes something from the bakery.
