Adobe Verde is located just off the Guadalupe River in historic Gruene, Texas. Its food is prepared fresh daily. All of the ingredients are fresh, and everything from the tortilla soup to the chimichanga is made from scratch. Come on in and join the staff for a delicious meal or award-winning margaritas! Guests enjoy live music Thursday through Sunday and the bands are handpicked with them in mind. Watch the kids play on our outdoor playground, have an ice cold beer and let the music relax you on a Texas night.
