Tengkleng Gajah is a processed goat in the portion of "elephant" aka large pieces of bone. In addition to tengkleng which is processed with special herbs and spices to create distinctive flavors, this stall also provides satay, tongseng, and goat fried rice.
A delicious local delicacy. Tengkleng is parts of goat's bond, start from leg, ribs, head, tail etc. There are fried version and soup version. Locals come from far away to taste this delicacy.
