Covering an area of 2,400 acres from Lake Ramsey to the city's southeast bypass, this protected area features plenty of fun things to do for outdoor enthusiasts.

Wonderful location if you're interested in hiking and wildlife. Great trails for beginners to intermediates.

Located just down the road from Laurentian University, the Lake Laurentian Conservation Area offers many trails with varying difficulties that can be used for hiking, running, biking, skiing and snowshoeing.
