The only aquarium of the region, this is a very small local aquarium doing catch and release (= fishes are caught in the Spring and released back in the Ocean in the Fall!). Nice to see local species and also located in the very nice little town of Petty Harbour!

A very quaint and cute little town about 20 min drive from your airbnb. They have a cute coffee shop called Watershed Cafe, and Chafes Landing has great seafood! The town was actually in the movies Aquaman!

If you love seafood or ice cream delights then this is a must on your travels. Visit Chafes Landing for incredible food and if your lucky one of the members of the Irish Descendants will sing you a few songs. Be sure to call ahead and reserve a table as this is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike. After your meal you can take a walk around the harbour and finish your day with dessert at Tinkers Ice Cream Shop

Small Newfoundland community! Fish and Chips at Chafe's Landing is a must! Nice to walk and chat with the locals!
