Delicious Southern barbecue! You can't go wrong on your pick of slow-roasted meats. Must try the sweet potato soufflé!

Southern home cooking in Evans. When I’m in town I try to eat there once a week. Their vinegar based BBQ chicken is perfect every time. Their arrangements of southern style vegetables to choose from is hard to beat. Also try their sweet potato soufflé!
