Although it is a great bakery, it is mostly renowned all over Malta for the traditional Maltese ftira. The Maltese ftira is similar to a pizza in its shape, made out of bread dough, and topped with traditional Maltese ingredients. Worth a try if you are after authentic Maltese cuisine. It is only available for take-out and only by order.
