Our local baseball team and Class A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. Tickets are cheap, food is great, and the stadium is beautiful. They host multiple promotions during the summer with bobblehead night, fireworks shows, Pimento Cheese Night, and more! Check out Riverside Village and Hammonds…

“Our personal favorite place to visit on the weekends, just a 20 minute drive from Evans. There are many sandy beach areas that you can visit around the largest lake east of the Mississippi. Our favorites are at Wildwood Park and Cherokee. You can rent a pontoon boat or jet skis at various locations with a quick Google search. ”

“The main Canal trail. Originally used by draft animals to pull canal cargo boats upstream to the locks, today the towpath is the main hiking/biking trail on the north side of the Canal from the headgates to Sibley Mill. Headgates to I-20 overpass: 2 miles”
