A 5-minute drive away from The Aqorpions Villa and 10 minutes south of Tobermory, it's located on the shores of Lake Huron and is home to sand dunes, fern, wetlands, dolostone barrens, and cedar swamps. Perfect for a family day at the beach and shallow waters for the kids! *Paid parking at the location and on first come first serve basis*

A beautiful spot to have a beach day! Shallow sandy beach and a boardwalk to explore too. Please note that it’s pay parking and that the lot can reach capacity busy days. If it’s full, try later in the day.

Singing Sands beach and trails is on the Lake Huron side of the Peninsula, located about 10 km. south of Tobermory, about a 20 min. drive from Jake's cottages. This offers a small, ungroomed beach and picnic area. There is also a short boardwalk and trail that passes through rare fen and dune ecosystems, which are home to four species of carnivorous plants, orchids and rare plants found only in the Great Lakes region. There is a paid parking lot at Singing Sands.
