One of the best beer in the Prague! Sometimes is very full but you can take a beer on the bar and meanwhile they will find a table for you) Try goulash!

At the time when Prague engineers started the construction of a building originally intended as a warehouse for state financial authorities (mid 19th century), chief brewers in Pilsen had been making the excellent golden lager Pilsner Urquell for over ten years, or more precisely since 1842. And very likely the clerks of the “Main Customs Office”, which had been situated in the “Nová celnice (New Customs-House)”on Republic Square since 1885, were drinking this excellent lager after their lunch just as you are today.
