If you are traveling to Prague, use the train. Its the easies, cheapest and fastest way to get there! Don't use bus, you might get stuck in a traffic on a highway.

Main train station. Connection to Prague and Ostrava. Tram and bus stops are just in front of the main building. Tram takes you to city center, bus to more distant ares of the town.
