This is the closest park and a very pleasant one. The swimming pool is a zoo of families in the summer and they also have tennis courts and a great bike path that goes north a few miles.

This park is a great spot to go for a run- the trail goes north to Lincolnwood and Evanston

Bike path along river goes from city to Botanic Gardens. 5 outdoor tennis courts, Olympic size outdoor pool, huge park, running path.

Park located 3-4 blocks West on Carmen Ave. Make a right out of the front and walk until the street ends, past hospital. Great trails, kids park, fenced dog park, tennis courts and Recreation area.
