There are beautiful walks through mostly native forest to the base of the Whangarei Falls. Follow the trails and explore the area. Whangarei has many beautiful walking trails, caves, and a short drive from town will take you to many beautiful beaches and bays.

Beautiful spot to have a picnic or just check out the view of the waterfall. Plenty of walking trails up and around the mountain.
