The iconic Drie Gezusters, or Three Sisters, is considered to be the best Grand Café in Groningen. It is made up of several historic buildings on the south edge of the Grote Markt. The buildings are internally connected and have multiple floors and bars. Various areas have different themes and feels, including two bars the Hoppe and Groote Griet, a rotating bar in the club area, and a fun après-ski bar.
