If you enjoy theater, this is my favorite in Ithaca. They have plays and musicals for children, as well.

It's known for excellent (and eclectic) theatre productions during its summer season, including music and drama. In the off-season, local and nationally known musicians take the stage.

Prologue Series: Casual preshow discussion in the theatre, hosted by our Drama League directing fellows and Hangar artistic staff begins 45 minutes before every Mainstage performance. The Hangar Lobby Café opens for business one hour before each show, patrons can enjoy a range of snack, sodas, beer and wine under our covered patio preshow and during intermission. Fun fact: Before the Hangar was a theatre, it was one of the earliest airports in New York State. The Ithaca Municipal Airport opened its doors in 1912, and moved to its current location in 1948.
