If you need to relax and de-stress, then you must try soaking in the natural sulphuric Thermal spring in Kos. I would suggest going in the afternoon, as temperatures of the Therma can become very hot! Alternate from the hot springs then into the cool sea... it's so exhilarating!

Swim at Therma (Hot Water). The hot springs are a real treasure containing elements such as Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur and Chlorine, beneficial for many health issues.

If you need thermal springs (a spring of naturally hot water) you must visit the the Therma Beach (it will take a little walking, there is no access for a car)!
